15-METER RETRACTABLE WALLS FOR THE ENTRANCE
The first thing you notice when approaching this huge villa is the wall! At the house’s entrance are 2 massive walls 15 meters wide as a portico. These walls open inwards and separate the entrance courtyard and the garden once deployed. All around the house are walls protecting the interior of the territory.
A 6-METER-HIGH GARAGE DOOR FOR THE GARDEN
Behind the house is a large sliding door, like the garages, allowing access to the garden. Of course, there are other ways to get outside, such as the electric drawbridge on the first floor, which gives access to several dozen square meters of a balcony.

Designed from 2004 to 2005 and built from 2005 to 2009, this villa offers a massive volume of nearly 1.8 cubic meters for 2 floors (first and second floors). A BUNKER AS A VILLA
Even if the house is built on the ground’s surface, this villa strongly resembles a bunker! Reinforced concrete walls are more than 50cm deep, absolutely everywhere, and installed around the house … It is impossible to infiltrate this house by climbing with bare hands or picking locks. Everything is done with codes and remote controls.
A PROTECTION THAT RELIES ON SLIDING WALLS
As you can see from the pictures, the whole concept is based on sliding walls. Each wall protects each window and each entrance! When you leave home, your house becomes a giant concrete cube. The purpose? Home and privacy protection! However, it remains to be seen whether this system remains reliable! At the slightest failure, it can quickly become problematic.
ROBERT KONIECZNY: THE ARCHITECT OF THE SAFE HOUSE
You are probably wondering who is the genius, or the madman, who had the idea to build such a building! It is the Polish architect Robert Konieczny. A graduate of the University of Technology in Gliwice, Konieczny is known for his avant-garde projects, such as the AATRIAL HOUSE, another ultra-high-end villa. Robert Konieczny has won several awards for his creations and is known worldwide!
